VLSI-Controllabilty
The megafloat in the Ocean Republic Concept is called VLSI (Very Large Sailing Island). The VLSI goes around the area of the north and south Pacific, the north and south Atlantic and Indian Ocean where ocean current rotating in the same area semipermanently. However, if a VLSI moves only by the tidal flow, it may enter the storm zone of the typhoon and may be wrecked on a reef. To prevent those disability, we can use the lift force of the high-rise building (skyscraper) of plural circular sections on the huge float called VLSI. Here is a result of calculation as a simulation.
